 Text of the act(Considered status of legislation: 1. April 2008)

Begriffsbestimmungen

Im Sinne dieser Verordnung bedeutet:

a) "Dokument": Inhalte unabhängig von der Form des Datenträgers (auf Papier oder in elektronischer Form, Ton-, Bild- oder audiovisuelles Material), die einen Sachverhalt im Zusammenhang mit den Politiken, Maßnahmen oder Entscheidungen aus dem Zuständigkeitsbereich des Organs betreffen;

b) "Dritte": alle natürlichen und juristischen Personen und Einrichtungen außerhalb des betreffenden Organs, einschließlich der Mitgliedstaaten, der anderen Gemeinschafts- oder Nicht-Gemeinschaftsorgane und -einrichtungen und der Drittländer.
